Prestige - Champagne Rémy Massin
Sylvère and Cédric Massin
Notes of poached pear, yellow and white peach, mirabelle plum, with a toasted touch. The palate is round and creamy, with both beautiful freshness and fine bubbles — the whole is subtle and refined.

A 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from vines planted in Ville-sur-Arce, in the Côte des Bar, on Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soils. Manual harvest, fractioned pressing, cold settling, slow fermentation in tanks, full malolactic fermentation, and aging on fine lees for at least 8 months. The core of the blend comes from 2019 (just under 40%), completed by mainly 2018 and 2017. Bottled in May 2020, then aged on lattes for over four years. Disgorged on July 15, 2024. A brut cuvée, dosed at 9.6 grams per litre.
