A 50/50 blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, sourced from 48-year-old vines on average, planted across the villages of Sézanne, Barbonne-Fayel, Chantemerle, and Montgenost. Cover crops are maintained in winter and soils are ploughed in summer. Hand-harvested grapes, direct press, and vinification of the base wines in stainless steel tanks. The blend combines 70% of the 2023 vintage with 30% of a perpetual reserve. Aged for a minimum of 15 months on lees and on laths, disgorged in October 2025. Extra-brut, dosage of 2 grams per litre. Total SO2: 35 mg/l.
