Campo Vecchio Rouge - 2022 - Marie Charlotte Pinelli
Domaine Pinelli
Super complex, dialed-in notes of cherry, cranberry, beeswax, honey – and yeah, even a hint of... cookie dough! Structured palate, almost Pinot-like in its finesse, with ultra-fine tannins – yet still the most concentrated cuvée of the domaine.

100% Nielluccio from young vines planted in 2019 on granitic soils in the dry climate of the Agriates Desert, organically farmed since the beginning. Manual harvest with grape sorting in the vineyard. Vinification: one month maceration of fully destemmed grapes, gentle pressing in a vertical press, then 12 months of aging in 18HL foudres. Bottled at the Domaine, with minimal sulfiting at harvest and post-fermentation if needed—total SO2 around 50 mg/l.
