A blend of native grape varieties: 70% Humagne and 30% Cornalin. Plot of 30 ares, planted on the right bank of the Rhône between Leytron and Chamoson, on a soil of limestone scree and schist. The vines are 15 years old, farmed biodynamically, harvested by hand with small crates. Vinification: the grapes are partially destemmed, macerated 14 days, with indigenous yeasts, and 6 months of maturation in oak barrels that have seen several wines. A light filtration at bottling, and a micro dose of sulphur.
