A blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 15% Merlot, 5% Humagne Rouge, and 5% Syrah from organically and biodynamically farmed vines, planted at 520 meters altitude. Hand-harvested on September 5, 2022. Fully destemmed, with all four grape varieties co-macerated for 12 days with daily punch-downs, followed by gentle pressing. Aged for six months in tanks. Bottled at the estate on April 14, 2023, after a light filtration and an adjustment with volcanic sulfur.

Guillaume Bodin, 38, is a winemaker-filmmaker and globe-trotter of biodynamics, now at the helm of Domaine des Petites Planètes, which he founded in 2022 in Chamoson, Switzerland.
