A 100% Chardonnay cuvée, from vines grown biodynamically and planted in 1902 in the lieu-dit of Vercia on the vineyard site ‘Les Chalasses’, a terroir composed of Liassic grey marls. Manual harvest and natural vinification: after direct pressing, this non-oxidative cuvée (made using ouillage or ‘topping up’ of the barrels) was aged in demi-muid barrels and in casks for 4 years in a humid cellar. No added sulphur, and no fining or filtration.
Please complete your order with other bottles, orders with 100% Domaine Ganevat wines will be cancelled.
