A cuvée produced thanks to grapes purchased from growers who share the same vision of viticulture: a blend of Riesling and Sylvaner from organic, hand-harvested vines. Natural vinification, bottled with residual sugars for partial fermentation in the bottle to create effervescence. Unfined and unfiltered, with no added sulfites.
Jean François Ganevat
Jean-François Ganevat represents the 14th generation of vignerons of his family in Rotalier, in the south of Jura. After years working as the cellar master of Jean-Marc Morey in Chassagne-Montrachet, he took over his family’s estate in 1998.
