A blend of fresh Savagnin grape juice from the 2022 vintage, very lightly fermented, with distilled grape pomace from the 2019 vintage—which has been aged for three years—comprising pomace from all of the estate’s grape varieties. After blending, this Vin de Liqueur is aged for three years in barrels that have previously held sevaral wines. Bottled at the estate without fining or filtration, and with no added sulfites.
