A 100% Pinot Noir cuvée, from biodynamically farmed vines planted in 2006 on red marl soils (the plot was formerly fallow land, Teppes meaning fallow in local dialect). The grapes were harvested by hand at maturity and naturally vinified: cold semi-carbonic maceration of the whole bunches, without intervention so the extraction is not forced, pressing, one year of aging in clay amphorae. Bottled without fining nor filtration, without added sulfites. One year of maturation in bottle, in the estate's cellars.

Jean-François Ganevat represents the 14th generation of vignerons of his family in Rotalier, in the south of Jura. After years working as the cellar master of Jean-Marc Morey in Chassagne-Montrachet, he took over his family’s estate in 1998.
