The Ganevat négociant project came together naturally in response to the very low yields of recent vintages. Jean François Ganevat and his sister Anne decided to gather together vigneron friends who share the same conception of natural wine growing. Poulprix is made up of 75% Gamay, from 40-year-old vines grown in the Morgon region of Beaujolais, and 25% Poulsard and Savagnin from the Jura. Vinification: semi-carbonic maceration, no pumping over, no cap punching, then 10 months of maturation in vats, all without filtering, or added sulphur.
