Rose Massale - 2022 - Stéphane Tissot
Domaine André et Mireille Tissot
A beautiful expression of fruit : a wine that is broader and more opulent than a classic Chardonnay, an almost southern profile. Aromatic and powerful on the palate with notes of white fruit and rose, long finish… Very nice discovery!

The vines are completely ploughed and harvested manually. For the vinification: pneumatic pressing, fermentations and one year of aging in 228-liter barrels that have seen several wines. Micro dose of sulfur, total SO2 less than 25mg/liter.
