100% Chenin, from 10- to 30-year-old vines cultivated biodynamically, and planted on 11 parcels (3.5 hectares in total) spread over the communes of Chahaignes and Marçon, thus the southern slopes of the Loir, with flinty clay soils over tufa stone. Bottled at the estate in November 2021 with a small dose of sulphur.
