100% Chenin, from 10- to 50-year-old vines cultivated biodynamically, and planted on 11 parcels (3.5 hectares in total) spread over Chahaignes and Marçon, thus the southern slopes of the Loir, with flinty clay soils over tufa stone. Harvesting is done by hand with crates, from the 18th of September to 13th of October 2023. Bottled at the estate in November 2024.
