Les Quatre Piliers
The perfect cuvée and price/pleasure ratio to understand Valentin's preciseness, a Sauvignon without any varietal heaviness, carried by a mineral backbone and notes of candied oranges, exotic fruits, brioche, verbena. Long and saline finish. Decanting recommended before tasting.
