A complex rosé with notes of strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant, enhanced by citrus fruits and a floral hint. The palate is vinous, supple, digestible, a real success! A cuvée only produced in 2020, in honor of the birth of Natalie and Théophile's second son.

A blended rosé, made of 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah, from vines grown organically and harvested manually. Natural vinification, without additives, direct pressing of the two grape varieties, fermentation and aging in oak casks that have seen several wines. Bottled at the Estate without fining or filtration, just a micro-dose of sulphur (one gram/hl).
