A special collaboration between Pur Jus and Les Vignerons d'Estézargues! Nose of pear, white peach, floral and stony notes, just a hint of honey. Long and mineral on the palate, a powerful and pure juice, energetic, savory, fine bitters on the finish.
Blend: 56% Grenache blanc, 31% Roussanne and 13% Viognier, from vines grown organically and planted on sedimentary rock and pebbles. Vinification: Les Vignerons d'Estézargues is one of the few cooperative cellars in France that vinifies natural wines, therefore fermentation thanks to indigenous yeasts, long and delicate pneumatic pressing, co-vinification of the three grape varieties, fermentations and aging in vats for six months, on fine lees. Bottled without fining or filtration, just a micro-dose of sulphur.
