The return of a vintage that had only been produced once, in 2013! Blend of 2/3 Bourboulenc and 1/3 Grenache Blanc, from vines grown biodynamically, planted on calcareous soils and harvested by hand. Natural vinification: direct pressing, the wine is aged 2/3 in vats and 1/3 in barrels, without topping up. Bottled in July 2022 without fining or filtration, just a micro-dose of sulfur (half a gram per hectolitre, or almost nothing!).
