A blend of 70% Marsanne (from 25-year-old vines) and 30% Roussanne (from 5-year-old vines), farmed organically and planted on granite soils in the Saint-Péray appellation. The Marsanne grapes are bought from Domaine de la Sarbèche, in the lieu-dit La Fauterie. The Roussanne comes from Domaine du Coulet, in the lieu-dit Penny. Natural vinification, indigenous yeasts, direct pressing, light settling, fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks. Bottled at Domaine du Coulet with just a micro-dose of sulfur.

Matthieu Barret has been making wine at Domaine du Coulet since 1998.
