100% Syrah from biodynamically-grown vines planted at an altitude of 300 meters in the commune of Cornas, on the "Le Bois" parcel, which shows highly degraded granitic soils and a clay-granitic band. Hand-harvested and naturally vinified: no inputs, no sulfites, 14 months of ageing in 225-liter glass carboys. Bottled at the estate after natural settling, with no fining or filtration, and no added sulfites.
