A cuvée of 100% Dureza, the genetic father of the Syrah, hence the Darth Vader-esque name (Je suis ton père = I am your father)! Made from young vines planted on clayey limestone and silty soils with granitic influences. Vinification: total destemming of the grapes, two weeks of maceration, soft pressing in a pneumatic press, 7 months of maturation in concrete vats. Unfined, microfiltration, and just a microdose of sulphur at bottling.
