A new blend for 2022: 50% Grenache Noir, 30% Mourvèdre and 20% Cinsault, from vines grown organically and planted on several plots in Lirac, with terroirs of clay and quartz on a limestone plateau. Manual harvest. Natural vinification: in whole bunches, carbonic maceration for about two weeks. Pressing, aging for 8 months, 70% in vats and 30% in barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled at the beginning of May 2023. Unfined, unfiltered, zero sulfur added.
