100% Syrah from old organically farmed vines, from two parcels—one planted in 1970, the other in 1996. The grapes were harvested by hand and naturally vinified, with no additives. Maceration of the whole bunches in open vats, with just a few punch-downs, followed by pressing and a short maturation in vats. Unfined, unfiltered, with no added sulfites. Bottled at the estate in March 2026… in the spring, in the "Printemps" in French !
