A blend of Grenache Noir, Gris and Blanc, Carignan, Clairette, Bourboulenc and Calitor, made from 80-year-old vines pruned in goblet, planted on a sandy plot. Harvesting is done by hand in two passes, first the white grapes, then the reds and rosés. Natural winemaking: alcoholic fermentation in egg-shaped concrete vats, malolactic fermentation, aging in these same vats until Spring 2023. Bottled on the estate without fining or filtration, low dose of sulfur after fermentations. Total SO2 around 30 mg/liter.
