Bruno’s Korean importer owns seven hectares in Chignin, so Bruno took the opportunity to treat us to this lovely sparkling wine! A blend of 90% Jacquère and 10% Roussanne. The 40-year-old vines are organically farmed and harvested by hand. Aged on racks, disgorged manually in March 2026. Unfined, unfiltered, and with no added sulfites.
