Domaine Matassa
Olla in the Catalan language means "the pot": and this cuvée is a real pot of jam! A clear nose, very fruit-driven... Cherry, raspberry, redcurrant... A thirst-quenching cuvée, very easy drinking and light. And this pot has 11.5% ABV, so you can dive right in!

A blend of 60% Grenache Noir, 10% Grenache Gris and 30% Macabeu. From old vines grown on a clay-limestone terroir, with red soils rich in iron. The estate is certified organic and uses biodynamic farming techniques. Harvesting by hand, simultaneously for all grapes. Vinification: co-fermentation of red, gris and white grapes in whole clusters for four days in cement vats, with indigenous yeasts, then matured for seven months in vats, on the lees. Bottled without fining or filtration, zero sulphur added!
