Olla Rouge - 2025 - SCEA Domaine Matassa
Tom Lubbe
Olla in the Catalan language means "the pot": and this cuvée is a real pot of jam! A clear nose, very fruit-driven... Cherry, raspberry, redcurrant... A thirst-quenching cuvée, very easy drinking and light. And this pot has 11.5% ABV, so you can dive right in!

A blended cuvée of 60% Grenache Noir, 30% Macabeu and 10% Grenache Gris, from old vines farmed organically and biodynamically, planted on a clay-limestone terroir, with red soils rich in iron. Bottled without fining or filtration, zero sulphur added!
