A blended cuvée of 60% Syrah and 40% Muscat Petit Grains, from vines planted on terroirs of black slate and clay-limestone, respectfully, and with high iron content. All the vines are pruned using the traditional gobelet method and are surrounded by garrigue. The estate is certified organic and uses biodynamic farming techniques. Bottled on the estate, zero sulphur added!
