100% Pinot Noir from organically farmed vines, planted on grey marl soils at the foot of the slopes beneath the Massif des Bauges. The parcel faces southeast. Permanent grass cover and mechanical soil work, with manual harvesting. Vinification: direct pressing of the whole clusters in an hydraulic press from Champagne, fermentation and aging in barrels for one year (without new oak), followed by four years of aging, in bottles, on the laths. Disgorged but neither fined nor filtered, without added sulphur. Brut nature so less then 3 grams of residual sugar per liter.
