Marsanne from century-old vines, in their third year of organic conversion and second year of biodynamic conversion, planted on the white limestone terroir of Apremont. The grapes were harvested by hand. Unfined and unfiltered, 2 g/hl of sulfur added during racking two months before bottling. 18 months of bottle aging in the estate’s cellars.
