Blend of 90% Marsanne and 10% Roussanne, from 30-year-old organically farmed vines planted on the Bâties parcel, with clay soils on a gentle slope, South-West facing. Natural, zero-additive winemaking: direct pressing, juices transferred to barrel for fermentation and ageing in barriques and demi-muids, without new oak. Bottled without added sulphur, unfined and unfiltered, between August and October depending on the vintage.
