Blend of 39% Jacquère, 19% Roussanne, 17% Mondeuse Blanche, 16% Altesse, and 9% Pinot Gris, from organic vines planted on the Coteau de Cevins, with mica-schist soil that is poor and shallow. Vines are cultivated on south-southeast-facing terraces. The extreme slope (as steep as 60%) does not allow for the use of any machinery. Manual harvest. Vinification: fermentation and aging in casks and barrels, with 10% new oak, for 10 months, and bottled with minimal sulfites.

Brice Omont, child of the 1976 vintage, has created a cru in the mountainside. In the 1990s, they started cutting back the forest, rebuilding the ancient terraces and planting grapes anew... and so was born a very unique vineyard, the Coteau de Cevins.
