Erythrite - 2024 - Domaine des Ardoisières
Brice Omont

Second vintage for this cuvée from a brand-new terroir of the estate! 100% Mondeuse of 80-year-old vines from organically farmed vines, planted on the Arbin hillside. Clay-limestone soils with traces of red clay, southeast exposure. Manual harvest, yields around 25 hl/ha. Natural vinification: total destemming for the 2024 vintage, soft maceration without forcing the extraction, gentle pressing, 14 months of aging in amphorae, casks, and barrels, with 15% new oak. Bottled at the estate with just a micro-dose of sulfur.
