A blend of 70% Gros Manseng and 30% Petit Manseng, sourced from organically farmed vineyards planted in the towns of Lasseube and Cuqueron, on soils of clay and limestone scree in Lasseube, and clay and rounded pebbles in Cuqueron. It is only about fifteen minutes from Monein and Domaine Castéra. Hand-harvested and naturally vinified: direct, slow pressing of whole clusters, followed by fermentation and aging for nearly a year—70% in barrels and casks that have previously held other wines, and 30% in stainless steel tanks.
