The only wine produced by the estate in 2023, after losing 70% of its harvest. 50% Petit Manseng, 40% Gros Manseng, 6% Petit Courbu, and 4% Camaralet, organically farmed and planted in Monein, in the Caubeigt, Tauzy, and Les Terrasses vineyard sites. The few remaining bunches were harvested by hand, with yields of around 10 hl/ha. The whole bunches were slowly pressed, vinification and aging in barrel, and stoneware egg-shaped vessels. The grapes from all the terroirs were vinified separately as dry wines, then blended before bottling.
