Jurançon Sec - 2024 - Domaine Castéra

Franck Lihour

A few words from the winery: “balanced, fresh, lively, and rich”... we couldn't have put it better! With notes of apricot, quince, and citrus, beautiful volume, a mineral finish, and plenty of flavor, the wine remains very easy to drink. Open an hour before serving.

Hand-harvested in October, using only ripe, non-dried grapes. Direct, slow pressing of whole clusters; vinification and aging 70% in barrels, demi-muids, and large casks, and 30% in tanks. Just a micro-dose of sulfur.
