Tom Lubbe
A very floral nose, as you’d clearly expect given the name of the cuvée... But what complexity! A nose that evolves from chamomile and elderberry to apricot, raisins and orange peel. Palate: balanced, with well-blended tannins, ultra smooth! 9% ABV, just go for it!

A 100% Muscat cuvée, from old vines pruned with the traditional gobelet method, and planted on a terroir of red schist soils, rich in iron, surrounded by garrigue, on the lieu-dit "Couleuvre". Unfined, unfiltered, and zero sulphur added!
