Blend: 1/3 Syrah planted on shales, 1/3 Merlot on flints, and 1/3 Cabernet Sauvignon on clays, the vines are between 15 and 30 years old and are all biodynamically grown. Separate vinification of each of the grape varieties: five weeks of maceration in concrete vats, aging for 2/3 in amphorae and 1/3 in a barrel that has seen three wines. Bottled without fining or filtration, without adding sulphites.
