Ingredients and nutrition facts
80% Muscadelle and 20% Sémillon from biodynamically grown vines certified by Demeter, harvested by hand. Vinification: direct pressing of both grape varieties; alcoholic fermentation begins in concrete tanks; the juice is bottled while fermentation is still underway to allow the wine to become sparkling in the bottle. Aged on slats. Not disgorged, not fined, not filtered, and with no added sulfites.
