A blend of Petit Manseng and Sémillon, grown organically and harvested by hand. The Sémillon is grown at Maison Advinam, while the Petit Manseng grapes are purchased from a winemaker friend. Natural winemaking: direct pressing of both grape varieties, followed by fermentation and aging in 550-liter stoneware egg-shaped vats. Bottled at Advinam without fining or filtration, and with no added sulfites.
