100% Chardonnay, made with organic grapes purchased from winemakers who share the same values... but sadly we can't tell you where because it's a Vin de France! The grapes were harvested by hand and then vinified in Saint-Romain in Fred’s cellar. Direct pressing (slow and gentle to respect the fruit), followed by 12 months of maturation in egg-shaped concrete vats. Neither fined nor filtered, zero added sulphur.
