A single varietal, 100% Trousseau — Fredo Trousses is a playful nod to the grape, for those following along! Made from grapes bought to organic winemakers, harvested by hand. Unfortunately we can't tell you where but let's say it's the typical region for the grape variety! Natural vinification at Laure and Fred Cossard’s cellar in Saint-Romain (Burgundy), with a gentle maceration and 12-month élevage in egg-shaped concrete vats. Unfined, unfiltered, no added sulphites.
