A striking and unique blend, offering a fruity, indulgent nose with notes of cherry, spices and a subtle pastry touch. The palate is highly aromatic and flavourful, finely tangy, with a light structure and no heaviness whatsoever. Perfect from the aperitif onwards!

Second vintage for this cuvée, where the winemaking duo takes a step sideways, thanks to the purchase grapes. The négociant activity began in 2023 at Les Rutissons, following years of frost and heavy losses. This is a blend of 50% Gamay, 33% Sérine and 17% Mondeuse from organically farmed vines. Aged in stainless steel tanks for 7 months, bottled in March 2025. Around 30 mg/l of total SO2.
