100% Grenache Noir for this vintage, sourced from organically farmed vines planted on clay-limestone soils. This is a négociant cuvée by David, meaning the grapes were purchased. Hand-harvested at optimal ripeness. Vinification: fully destemmed, gentle pressing in a pneumatic press, cold settling in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in these same tanks. Racking, filtration, and bottling on the 9th of March 2026, with a minimal dose of sulfur added.
