100% Mondeuse Blanche, an extremely rare grape variety native to Savoie, with fewer than 10 hectares planted worldwide! The vines are organically farmed and planted on clay-limestone soils. The grapes were harvested by hand and naturally vinified: direct pressing, cold settling, the juices are moved by gravity, indigenous yeasts, fermentation and aging in egg-shaped concrete vats for 6 months. Bottled on March 9th, 2026 with a low sulfur content.
