100% Chenin from 60- and 90-year-old vines currently in the process of converting to organic farming (they were taken over in December 2024), planted at the bottom of a hillside on schist and puddingstone soils. 1.2 ha, but about half the vines are missing, so yields are low! Bottled in April 2026 without fining or filtration, with only a microdose of sulfur added at bottling (2 g/hl). 2,000 bottles produced.
