100% Chenin from 10- to 50-year-old vines farmed biodynamically on flinty clay soils over tufa stone. The wine is a blend of selected barrels from 24 parcels spread over 5 hectares in the communes of Lhomme and Ruillé-sur-Loir. Harvesting is done by hand with crates, from September 18th to October 13th, 2023. Vinification: after pneumatic pressing and natural cold settling, the wine ferments with indigenous yeasts, then matures on its fine lees for 12 months in 500-liter barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled in November 2024.
