Blend of Noual (majority), Sauvignon, Chenin, Sylvaner… all co-planted on the same 0.8 ha plot as the "Résurgences" cuvée — 26-year-old vines farmed organically on south-facing, clay-limestone slopes at the top of the hillside. The 2024 vintage was particularly generous for whites, yielding juicy, aromatic grapes. Vinification: direct pressing and short ageing on the lees in stainless steel tanks and seasoned barrels. Bottled without fining or filtration, with just a micro-dose of sulphur (1 g/hl).
