100% Malbec from 30-year-old vines farmed organically (with biodynamic practices) and planted on clay-limestone and clay-siliceous soils. More precisely, this is from the limestone plateau of the Causses de Luzech and the terraces of the Lot valley. Grapes purchased from growers who share the same values. Natural vinification: destemming, a few days of maceration with little extraction, gentle pressing, 8 months of aging in concrete tanks and stainless steel vats, without sulfites added.
