A blend of 90% Malbec and 10% Merlot from organically farmed vines, aged 15 to 49 years, rooted in red clay, limestone, and marl soils at 340m altitude. Hand-harvested into 20kg crates, fully destemmed, with slow and gentle macerations over 7 to 14 days. Aged on lees in concrete vats, stainless steel, and old barrels. Bottled unfiltered, unfined, with just a micro-dose of sulphur (1g/hL).
