Two winemakers and two grape varieties brought together in this bottle. 50% Malbec from 35-year-old vines planted on the Rozière and Les Reclops parcels with limestone soils, and 50% Syrah from 30-year-old vines on the clay-limestone soils of the Arlettes parcel. Organic farming, manual harvest. Natural vinification at Matthieu Barret's cellar, 11 months of aging in concrete tanks, bottled after tangential filtration, with 2g/hl of sulfur added at bottling.
