Blend with a little more Muscat in this vintage, with 90% Muscat of Alexandria, Muscat à Petits Grains... and 10% Maccabeu from organically grown vines harvested by hand. Vinification: carbonic maceration of the whole bunches in fiber tanks for 8 days, under inert gas. Devatting, gentle pressing, separation of free-run juice and press juice. Aged in fiber tanks on the lees for 6 months. Bottled without fining or filtration, without added sulfites.
