A blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris, Sémillon, Chenin and Muscadelle from biodynamically farmed vines, planted on clay-limestone soils. The grapes were harvested by hand. Vinification: direct press, cold settling, short fermentation and aging in tanks on fine lees. No malolactic fermentation. Bottled without fining or filtration, without added sulphur.
